When Cristo Viene began, there were much military drilling going on in
that community and parents were concerned about having a school to
instruct their children in morals and spiritual things as well as the
academic. It began in crude
rooms in the church by volunteer teachers for 1st through 3rd
grade.
Though many people did not expect much of this small school with few
resources, God prospered it with more students and quality teachers
until now they have classes for students up to 9th grade.
Many alumni go on to become architects, engineers, farmers,
teachers, and much more.
The pastor’s vision for the school is for it to become the center that
produces the highest level of integrated learning and to be a blessing
to the world! To reach this
goal, the school needs 3 more classrooms before it can offer classes
through graduation.
