Nuevo Pacto began in a poor area in the capitol city of Managua in 1993
and has steadily grown to include all levels of education: Elementary in
the mornings and secondary school in the afternoons.
It has a record of academic excellence having won several awards
including 2nd place in the Math Olympics and 1st
place in soccer in 2001 within the city.
The school has many limitations such as no running water.
The church and school sacrifices a lot to be able to give the
children fresh water. But
despite its struggles, they have seen God move in the community with
many students and parents who had been involved in drugs, alcohol, and
gangs becoming Christians and leaders in the church.
The school has been a great blessing to the community by providing an
integrated education of traditional subjects and spiritual development.
The pastor gives all the thanks to God for the miracles of
changed lives as part of a church serving God.
His vision is to get a water tank for the school.
