AIM team from Michigan: Convoy Blitz and Fuente de Vida Face Lift
A team of about 25 youth and leaders made their way to Nicaragua in mid-July and were able to paint the classrooms of LACC school Fuente de Vida and participate in a day of distribution throughout west Nicaragua blessing 800 families with food and clothing.
For two days the team worked hard painting the classrooms of the school. Their work was greatly needed and created a better environment for learning and a more attractive school.
On Wednesday the 15th their large numbers were put to good use as assembly lines formed throughout the Convoy of Hope office packaging bags and loading them into trucks. Then on the 17th the team and local staff and leadership divided up traveling up to 5 hours to reach one of the 4 communities: Posoltega, Corinto, Potosí, and Wispanti.
The people were blessed by Convoy of Hope and the testimonies of the ministry were incredible!
